Ghanaian forward Felix Afena-Gyan was on target for Juventus NextGen in their 2-0 home victory over Foggia in the Italian Serie C last Saturday.

Afena-Gyan started as one of two strikers deployed by Juventus NextGen manager Massimo Brambilla against a Foggia side sitting four places below them in 15th position.

The Cremonese loanee showcased his aerial prowess with a powerful header from a corner in the 31st minute, doubling Juventus NextGen’s lead.

Earlier, Amaradio had opened the scoring in the 9th minute to settle the nerves of the Bianconeri supporters at the La Marmora-Pozzo Stadium.

Afena-Gyan has enjoyed a decent season so far, ranking as the second-highest goal contributor for Juventus NextGen with six goals and three assists in 29 appearances.
